Organizations The Center for the Study and Prevention of Violence, operated by the Institute of Behavioral Science at the University of Colorado, Boulder, provides a wide range of information ranging from violence prevention tips to statistical data on violence in America. Center for the Prevention of School Violence Committee for Children - non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and youth violence through the development of educational curricula and original research. National School Safety Center - provides training and resources for preventing school crime and violence.
